Key Areas of Work
The partnership has agreed to focus on 5 key areas of work in order to realise its purpose. It has developed a broad aim for each area of work.

| 1) Partner Organisation Support | To provide mutual support in order to help partners work more effectively within their own organisations. |
| 2) Identifying Gaps and Initiating Projects | To be proactive in identifying and responding appropriately to gaps in service provision. |
| 3) Renew and Develop Relationships between Member Organisations and other Agencies | To ensure that organisations have a greater knowledge and understanding of the contribution infrastructure organisations make, and that this is valued and resourced. |
| 4) Develop an Effective and Trusting Relationship between Partners | To improve partners’ knowledge and understanding of each other’s activities and positions to develop mutually beneficial working relationships. |
| 5) Internal Partnership Management | To manage the partnership effectively and efficiently within available resources. |
