Voluntary and Community Action in the High Peak & Derbyshire Dales

Operational Aims and Objectives

For each Area of Work the partnership has developed a series of objectives that follow through into a series of actions – some of these represent ongoing activity while others are new.

The objectives define the core activity of the partnership, while the actions describe what it will do to fulfil those objectives.

All the actions have been defined in terms of:

  • Status – ongoing or outstanding
  • Priority – high, medium or low
  • Scale of the action – small, medium or large
  • Timescale – now (next 6 months), soon (6-12 months) or later (12-24 months)

Further detail has been developed for the ‘now’ actions – further work is required to complete the same task for those actions commencing later in the action plan period.
