Style of Working
The partnership has agreed that it will work in the following ways.
- Encourage full and honest participation by everyone.
- Value creative ways of working.
- Allow people time to reflect and think through the issues carefully, and to change their positions if they wish.
- Maintain confidentiality so that partners do not attribute partnership discussions / decisions to specific members when commenting on the partnership externally.
- Recognise that although we all have many roles, when we are on the partnership we are representing our employing organisations as well as working for the benefit of the partnership.
- Recognise each partner organisation’s strengths and weaknesses and respect our differences.
- Create a supportive environment where we build mutual trust and can ‘dare to be different’.
- Ensure partners raise awareness of Peak Partners and promote the action plan in other forums.
- Demonstrate loyalty to the Peak Partner perspective within other forums.
