Meeting Frequency and Format
Main Partnership Meetings
To be held bi-monthly
To run from 9.30 a.m. to 12 noon, with a shared lunch at the end.
Sub-Group Meetings
To be held according to need, but not to exceed 3 sub groups operating at any one time.
Each meeting to be of 2 hours duration.
Where practicable other methods of communication will be used e.g. e-mail, teleconferencing and piggy-backing other meetings.
'Away Days’
To be held as required.
To run for a whole day.
