| How | Each partner identifies an area of 'good practice' in that work. Then 'peer previews' by partners for promotional purposes. Share via meetings, email, PR materials, website review. |

| Action | Develop mentoring to support new partners, and encourage other staff to become involved in PP. Make sure this is clear & willing to take responsibility for this from each member. |

For each new partner agree a 'buddy' to inform new partner, arrange pre PP meeting so that new partner is welcomed and aware of what is happening. Carry out annual review of partnership representation at first meeting of the New Year. |
